Well, this was a hot one at 29°! However, The Pear Tree in Purton, Wiltshire has the BEST air con!!
Becky & Phil were well prepared with personal handheld fans for all the bridal party, along with fans for each guest on the chairs during the ceremony. Along with an ice cream truck in the evening - perfect!
We were blown away with Becky’s glamorous Find a Dress Bridalwear dress (with pockets, of course!), and we know you’ll agree she looks amazing! Props to Lisa Murphy MUA for applying makeup and hair that lasted all day despite the heat.
The ceremony was in the beautifully lit ‘Blossom’ room, which they had decorated with the most stunning flowers by Blooming Chic. As the newlyweds exited down the long staircase, guests threw confetti and cheered.
We took the couple around the grounds for some special portraits, which included a lovely little vineyard, picture-perfect doorway, (much appreciated) shade among the trees, and next to their vintage family car.
The celebrations continued with some brilliant speeches, followed by a four-course meal - yes, you heard it!
Starter, Main, Pre-Dessert AND Desert. What a meal!
The groom used to be a professional chef, so you know the food was going to be top notch!
The sunset was too gorgeous to miss, so we took the couple out one last time for some golden hour photos.
The party then continued through the evening with delicious Cakes by Mrs F & lots of dancing to The Shadow Monkeys band.
